摘要
在人口老龄化加速的背景下,如何将人口压力有效转变为银发经济红利,已经成为影响我国经济社会持续健康发展的紧迫问题。在线老年教育是发展银发经济的基础和支撑,从认知、能力、社会三个维度,助力解决银发经济发展中老年人新型消费动力不足、老年人力资源开发不足、农村老龄事业发展潜能不足等问题。要以促进银发经济为目标,建好用好老年教育资源共享和公共服务平台,扩大在线老年教育有效供给,破除老年人参与在线老年教育的隐形门槛,加快推动在线老年教育大范围普及和高质量发展。
In the context of accelerating population aging,how to effectively transform population pressure into silver economic dividends has become an urgent issue affecting the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy and society.Online education for the elderly is the foundation and support for the development of the silver economy.From the three dimensions of cognition,ability,and society,it solves the problems of insufficient new consumption motivation,insufficient human resources development,and insufficient development potential of rural elderly undertakings in the development of the silver economy.We should take the promotion of the silver economy as the goal,establish and make good use of elderly education resource sharing and public service platform,expand the effective supply of online elderly education,break the invisible threshold for elderly people to participate in online elderly education,and promote the large-scale popularization and high-quality development of online elderly education.
