摘要
预应力张拉是盾构隧洞预应力双层衬砌施工过程中的关键环节,良好的预应力张拉控制对于结构的整体使用寿命十分重要。基于珠江三角洲水资源配置工程某盾构隧洞,对预应力双层衬砌张拉施工技术进行了总结,采用有限元数值模拟进行应力控制验证,并鉴于现有实测数据缺陷提出了一种张拉钢绞线伸长量计算方法。结果表明:智能张拉施工技术具有高精度、高稳定性的特点;张拉结束后预应力混凝土衬砌结构全环受压,锚具槽为全环最不利位置,最大环向压应力为14.0 MPa,未超过混凝土允许应力,结构整体受力安全;环锚钢绞线实际计算伸长量与规范允许值误差不超过6%,满足工程需求。研究成果可丰富输水隧洞预应力张拉施工及控制技术体系。
Prestressed tension is a key link in the construction process of prestressed double-layer lining of water conveyance shield tunnels,precise prestressed tension control is very important for the overall service life of the structure.Based on a shield tunnel in the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project,the tension construction technology of prestressed double-layer lining was summarized.The finite element numerical simulation was used to verify the stress control.In view of the defects of the existing measured data,a method for calculating the elongation of tensioned steel strand was proposed.The results showed that the intelligent tensioning construction technology had the characteristics of high precision and high stability.After the tension,the whole ring of the prestressed concrete lining structure was compressed,and the anchorage groove was the most unfavorable position of the whole ring.The maximum circumferential compressive stress was 14.0 MPa,which did not exceed the allowable stress of concrete,and the whole structure was safe.The error between the actual calculated elongation of the ring anchor steel strand and the allowable value of the specification did not exceed 6%,which met the engineering requirements.The research results enrich the prestressed tension and control technology system.
