摘要
在“碳中和”背景下,加氢站的规划与建设对推动能源转型具有重要意义。本研究以上海市嘉定区为例,围绕加氢站布局与选址具体案例,详细探讨了加氢站的布局规划方法。通过对现有加氢站设施进行调查,结合区域内氢能源产业发展、交通结构、人口分布等多方面因素,提出了一种综合评价体系。在此基础上,运用地理信息系统和多标准决策方法论进行选址,为加氢站布局提供了科学依据。本研究对推动嘉定区乃至全国范围内加氢站规划建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the context of“carbon neutrality”,the planning and construction of hydrogen refueling stations are of great significance for promoting energy transformation.This paper takes Jiading District in Shanghai as an example and explores in detail the layout planning methods of hydrogen refueling stations based on specific cases of the layout and site selection of hydrogen refueling stations.A comprehensive evaluation system has been proposed by conducting an investigation on the facilities of the existing hydrogen refueling stations and taking into account of various factors,such as the development of the hydrogen energy industry,transportation structure,and population distribution in the region.On this basis,the use of GIS technology and multi-criteria decision-making theory are used for site selection to provide scientific basis for the layout of hydrogen refueling stations.The paper provides certain reference significance for promoting the planning and construction of hydrogen refueling stations in Jiading District and even the nationwide.
