摘要
通过实际加工案例描述了微型点阵凸模磨削加工方法,分析了点阵凸模材料的磨削属性和磨削加工参数。通过对比磨削加工参数,总结点阵凸模磨削加工的最优加工参数,确保凸模加工尺寸,点阵凸模的加工工艺可为具有相同阵列特征的其他模具镶件的磨削加工提供参考。
The grinding method of micro-lattice punch was described through practical machining cases,and the grinding properties and grinding parameters of lattice punch materials were ana-lyzed.By comparing the grinding parameters,the optimal grinding parameters of dot matrix punch grinding were summarized to ensure the machining size.The processing technology of dot matrix punch provided references for grinding other die inserts with the same array characteristics.
