摘要
瓷器受制作原料、成型工艺、烧成技术、窑炉气氛等因素限制,通常会出现不同种类、程度的缺陷,外观上极易与文物保护行业标准WW/T 0057—2014列明的病害混淆,正确辨识瓷器的烧成缺陷是实践文物保护修复原则的基础。本文以南京博物院馆藏清代官窑瓷器为研究对象,结合实物观察和超景深三维视频显微镜分析,对瓷器的烧成缺陷进行了分类和识别,并探讨了缺陷形成的主要原因,为此类文物的保护修复尺度提供了重要的科学依据和导向。
Porcelain is limited by factors such as raw materials,molding techniques,firing techniques,and kiln atmosphere,which often result in different types and degrees of defects.Its appearance is easily confused with the diseases listed in the industry standard WW/T 0057-2014 for cultural relics protection.Correctly identifying firing defects in porcelain is the basis for implementing the principle of cultural relics protection and restoration.This article takes the Qing Dynasty official kiln porcelain in the collection of the Nanjing Museum as the research object,combines physical observation and ultra depth of field 3D video microscope analysis,classifies and identifies the firing defects of the porcelain,and explores the main reasons for the formation of defects,providing important scientific basis and guidance for the protection and restoration scale of such cultural relics.
