异形弯塔斜拉桥主塔施工控制研究

摘要 异形弯塔斜拉桥主塔施工控制是确保主塔施工过程中结构安全,成塔线形和应力符合设计要求的关键。文章以官溪河大桥主桥异形弯塔为工程背景,对异形弯塔斜拉桥主塔施工控制进行研究。采用有限元仿真分析方法对全桥施工过程进行分析,研究施工过程中异形弯塔线形和应力的变化规律。制订现场施工监控方案并开展施工中异形弯塔线形和应力实时监测。通过对理论值与实测值对比分析,表明施工过程中异形弯塔线形和应力控制良好,施工过程结构安全。 The construction control of the main tower of a cable-stayed bridge with irregular curved towers is the key to ensuring structural safety during the construction process,and ensuring that the tower alignment and stress meet the design requirements.This paper takes the irregular curved pylon of the main bridge of Guanxi River Bridge as the engineering background,and studies the construction control of the irregular curved pylon.The finite element simulation analysis method is used to analyze the construction process of the entire bridge,and to study the changes in the shape and stress of the irregular curved pylon during the construction process.Then it develops on-site construction monitoring plans and conduct real-time monitoring of the shape and stress of irregular curved pylon during construction.By comparing and analyzing the theoretical values with the measured values,it is shown that the shape and stress control of the irregular curved pylon are good during the construction process,and the structure is safe during the construction process.
