摘要
推进中国式现代化及农业强国建设过程中,建设宜居宜业和美乡村是重要的一环。城市近郊村区位及自然生态条件优势明显,经济条件较好,公共设施和基础设施较为完善,交通便捷,政策支持力度较大,农民收入水平相对较高,在和美乡村建设方面城市近郊村的产业景观大有可为。本研究以北京市顺义区河北村为例,依据其产业发展基础和景观更新需求,聚焦于如何更新产业景观,系统性地探讨城市近郊型乡村产业景观的更新策略,营建出平衡乡村产业发展、改善人居环境和激发乡村活力的好方式,从而开拓乡村产业景观的新领域,为推进乡村全面振兴提供新思路。
In the process of promoting China’s modernization and the construction of a strong agricultural country,the construction of a livable,workable and beautiful countryside is an important part.With obvious advantages in location and natural ecological conditions,better economic conditions,better public facilities and infrastructure,convenient transportation,stronger policy support,and relatively high income levels of farmers,the industrial landscape of suburbs has great potential in the construction of harmonious and beautiful villages.Taking Hebei Village in Shunyi District,Beijing as an example,based on its industrial development foundation and landscape renewal needs,the paper focuses on how to renew industrial landscape,systematically explores the renewal strategy of suburban rural industrial landscape,and builds a good way to balance the development of rural industry,to improve the human habitat environment,and to stimulate the vitality of the countryside,so as to open up a new field of rural industry,and to provide new ideas for industrial landscape promoting the revitalization of the countryside.
