基于CFD的车载氢系统泄漏扩散后果仿真研究

摘要 随着氢能源汽车的快速发展,车载氢系统的安全性问题日益受到重视。作为一种高能量密度的清洁燃料,氢气具有易燃易爆的特点。车载氢系统可能发生氢瓶开裂、阀门受损等失效行为,导致氢气泄漏,对车辆安全性构成潜在威胁。为此,通过CFD数值仿真方法,模拟车载氢系统在不同工况下发生的氢气泄漏,观察氢气的扩散和浓度分布情况,评估泄漏风险并提出有效的预防措施。研究发现,氢气的泄漏速率对氢气的扩散和浓度分布有显著影响。氢泄漏发生在封闭或半封闭的空间会引起氢气的积聚,存在潜在爆炸风险。通过仿真结果提出了针对车载氢系统氢气发生泄漏时防止氢气聚集的预防和应对措施,以期为氢能源汽车的风险控制提供指导意见。 With the rapid development of hydrogen energy vehicles,the safety issues of onboard hydrogen systems are receiving increasing attention.Hydrogen gas,as a high-energy-density clean fuel,poses the characteristics of inflammable and explosive.Failures such as hydrogen cylinder rupture,valve damage may result in hydrogen gas leaks in onboard hydrogen systems.Therefore,the study utilizes CFD methods to simulate hydrogen gas leakage in onboard hydrogen systems under different operating conditions,observe the diffusion and concentration distribution of hydrogen gas,evaluate leakage risks,and propose effective preventive measures.The study found that the leakage rate and location significantly influence the difusion and concentration distribution of hydrogen gas.If hydrogen leakage occurs in enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces,hydrogen accumulation and potential explosion risks may arise.Based on the simulation results,the study proposes a series of preventive and responsive measures for preventing and addressing hydrogen gas leakage in onboard hydrogen systems,providing guidance for risk control in hydrogen-powered vehicles.
