摘要
央企产业实力雄厚、信用优势良好,是我国产融结合的市场主体之一。近些年,随着央企产融结合的深化,融资租赁公司成为了央企产融结合的又一选择。文章通过对央企租赁公司产融结合进行政策分析、实践分析后发现,租赁公司早期紧紧围绕股东市场践行产融结合,而随着规模不断扩大,市场化业务占比逐步加大,在回归租赁本源、聚焦主责主业的监管要求下,央企租赁公司产融结合战略还需进一步深化。“双碳”背景下,租赁公司一方面可通过拓展绿色租赁资产快速实现“双碳”目标;另一方面,在能源央企普遍面临绿色低碳转型发展诉求下,租赁公司可通过深耕绿色产业,助推主业绿色低碳转型发展,同时也可依托产业背景优势形成特色化业务优势,实现专业化、差异化发展。
Due to the powerful industrial strength and the good credit advantage,central enterprises are one of the main market entities in China's integration of industry and finance.In recent years,with the deepening of the integration of industry and finance in central enterprises,financial leasing companies have become another choice for this integration process.Through the policy and practical analysis of the integration in central leasing companies,it is found that leasing companies do the integration around the shareholder market in the early stages.With the continuous expansion,the proportion of market-oriented business gradually increases.Under the current regulatory requirements of returning to the origin of leasing and focusing on the main responsibility and business,the integration strategy in central leasing companies still needs to be further deepened.Under the background of"dual carbon",on the one hand,leasing companies can quickly achieve the"dual carbon"goal by expanding green leasing assets.On the other hand,with energy central enterprises generally facing the development demand for lowcarbon transformation,leasing companies can promote the low-carbon transformation and development of their main business by deeply cultivating the green industry.At the same time,they can also rely on the advantages of industrial background to form distinctive business advantages,ther eby achieving professional and differentiated development.
