摘要
目的:考察大学生正念、反刍思维、情绪表达灵活性等因素对负性情绪的影响及其共同作用机制。方法:选取391名大学生被试,采用正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)、反刍思维量表、正负性情绪量表(PANAS)和情绪表达灵活性量表进行问卷调查。结果:正念能显著负向预测大学生的负性情绪;反刍思维在正念对负性情绪的影响过程中起着部分中介作用;情绪表达灵活性是大学生正念对负性情绪影响过程中的调节变量。结论:大学生正念对负性情绪的影响受到反刍思维的中介作用,同时情绪表达灵活性调节了大学生正念与负性情绪的关系。
The purpose is to examine the effects of factors such as mindfulness,rumination thinking,and emotional expression flexibility on negative emotions and their joint mechanisms of action among college students.The method used is to select 391 college student subjects and administer questionnaires using the Positive Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS),Rumination Thinking Scale,Positive and Negative Affect Scale(PANAS),and Emotional Expression Flexibility Scale.The results obtained are that mindfulness significantly and negatively predicts negative emotions in college students,ruminative thinking partially mediates the influence of mindfulness on negative emotions,and emotional expression flexibility is a moderating variable in the influence of mindfulness on negative emotions in college students.It is concluded that the influence of mindfulness on negative emotions is mediated by rumination,while emotional expression flexibility moderates the relationship between mindfulness and negative emotions among college students.
