摘要
随着法治中国建设深入推进,培养具有坚定理想信念、强烈家国情怀、扎实法学根底的法治人才成为一项紧迫的战略任务。上海法院在人才培养方面的实践探索表明,加强司法机关与法学院校的合作对于培养高素质法治人才具有重要意义。当前我国传统法学教育与司法实践的脱节问题日益凸显,司法机关与法学院校的合作在广度和深度上存在不足,并面临体制机制性障碍,严重制约高素质法治人才的有效供给。对此,应积极探索新时代高素质法治人才合作培养的路径,通过建立健全院校合作培养体系、优化完善实践教学模式、提升院校合作规模与效果等举措,最大限度挖掘院校合作潜力,打破院校和社会之间的体制壁垒,推动法学教育与法治实务深度融合,为全面依法治国、推进法治中国建设提供有力人才保障。
With the deepening of the construction of the rule of law in China,cultivating legal talents with firm ideals and beliefs,strong patriotism,and solid legal foundations has become an urgent strategic task.The practical exploration of Shanghai People’s Courts in talent cultivation shows that strengthening cooperation between judicial organs and law schools is of great significance for cultivating high-quality rule of law talents.The problem of disconnection between traditional legal education and judicial practice in China is becoming increasingly prominent.The cooperation between judicial organs and law schools is insufficient in terms of breadth and depth,and faces institutional obstacles,seriously restricting the effective supply of high-quality legal talents.In this regard,we should actively explore the path of cooperative training of high-quality legal talents in the new era.By establishing a sound institutional cooperative training system,optimizing and improving practical teaching models,and enhancing the scale and effectiveness of institutional cooperation,we can maximize the potential of institutional cooperation,break down institutional barriers between institutions and society,promote the deep integration of legal education and legal practice,and provide strong talent protection for the comprehensive rule of law and the construction of a rule of law China.
