摘要
目的:探讨老年慢性心力衰竭患者的健康素养状况,分析影响其健康素养的因素。方法:采取便利抽样法,选取2022年7—12月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院心内科收治的慢性心力衰竭患者120例为研究对象,使用健康素养管理量表进行健康素养状况调查。统计老年慢性心力衰竭患者健康素养得分,对不同人口学特征的健康素养得分进行单因素分析,并分析老年慢性心力衰竭患者健康素养影响因素。结果:120例老年慢性心力衰竭患者健康素养总分为53~117分,平均(99.35±14.02)分,其中信息获取能力得分为(35.69±7.57)分,交流互动能力得分为(36.98±5.80)分,改善健康意愿得分为(18.20±1.88)分,经济支持意愿得分为(8.48±1.38)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,老年慢性心力衰竭患者的婚姻状况、文化程度是影响其健康素养的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性心力衰竭患者总体具备健康素养,今后应关注婚姻状况及文化程度对患者健康素养的影响,以进一步提高其健康素养水平。
Objective:To explore the health literacy status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and analyze the factors affecting their health literacy.Methods:By convenient sampling method,one hundred and twenty patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from July to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the health literacy management scale was used to investigate the health literacy status.The health literacy scores of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure were analyzed.The health literacy scores of different demographic characteristics were analyzed by single factor analysis,and the influencing factors of health literacy were analyzed.Results:The total score of health literacy of 120 elderly patients with chronic heart failure was 53 to 117,with an average score of(99.35±14.02),the score of information acquisition ability was(35.69±7.57),the score of communication and interaction ability was(36.98±5.80),the score of willingness to improve health was(18.20±1.88),and the score of willingness to support economy was(8.48±1.38);the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status and education level were the main factors affecting health literacy of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with chronic heart failure generally have health literacy.In the future,attention should be paid to the influence of marital status and education level on health literacy of patients to further improve their health literacy level.
