摘要
目的 探讨不同严重程度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome OSAHS)患者血清炎症因子基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的表达水平变化及其临床意义。方法 选择90例确诊为OSAHS患者为研究对象,根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea hypopnea index,AHI)将患者分为轻-中度组(n=47)和重度组(n=43)。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中MMP-9和CRP水平;多导睡眠监测仪(polysomnography,PSG)测定AHI、氧减指数(oxygen desaturation index,ODI)。结果 两组在年龄、颈围方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰围差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-9、CRP在重度组中表达明显高于轻-中度组(P<0.05);MMP-9与CRP呈正相关(r=0.232,P<0.05),MMP-9与AHI、ODI呈正相关(r=0.225、0.245,P<0.05),CRP与AHI、ODI呈正相关(r=0.256、0.261,P<0.05)。结论 本研究表明血清MMP-9及CRP的表达与OSAHS严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of serum inflammatory factor matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9) and C-reactive protein(CRP) expression levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) of different severity.Methods Ninety patients diagnosed with OSAHS were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into mild to moderate group(n=47) and severe group(n=43) according to apnea hypopnea index(AHI).The levels of MMP-9 and CRP in serum were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.AHI and oxygen desaturation index(ODI) were measured by polysomnography(PSG) sleep monitor.Results There was no statistical significance in age and neck circumference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in BMI and waist circumference(P<0.05).The expressions of MMP-9 and CRP in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild-moderate group(P<0.05).MMP-9 was positively correlated with CRP(r=0.232,P<0.05);MMP-9 was positively correlated with AHI and ODI(r=0.225,0.245,P<0.05);CRP was positively correlated with AHI and ODI(r=0.256,0.261,P<0.05).Conclusion This study indicated that the expression of serum MMP-9 and CRP was related to the severity of OSAHS.
