基于IPA分析法的展览会观众满意度研究——以“中国链博会”为例

摘要 随着我国会展业的快速发展,越来越多的高水平、高规格展览会在我国成功举办,这对我国对外交流合作和经济发展都起着重要的推动作用。一直以来观众被看作展览会的生命线,尤其是国家级展览会,更是吸引了众多国内外观众。本文以“中国链博会”这一国家级展览会为研究对象,从观众角度构建重要性-满意度评价指标体系,并将观众对该展会感知重要性和满意度的26个评价指标结果置于IPA四象限中进行分析,发现观众对于“中国链博会”的整体满意度评价较高,但在展会现场服务、展区展位布局、展会配套设施管理等方面还需要持续提升。本文对我国展览会服务水平和质量的提升具有一定的研究价值和实践意义,有助于推动我国展览会更加稳步、健康可持续发展,进而助力我国展览会特别是国家级展览会打造成为具有国际影响力的贸易盛会。 With the rapid development of China's convention and exhibition industry,an increasing number of high-level and high-standard exhibitions are being successfully held in the country,playing a significant role in promoting international exchange and economic development.Audiences have always been considered the lifeline of exhibitions,particularly national-level exhibitions,which attract numerous domestic and international visitors.This article takes the"China Chain Expo,"a national-level exhibition,as the research subject.It constructs an importance-satisfaction evaluation index system from the audience's perspective and analyzes the results of 26 evaluation indicators regarding audience perceptions of importance and satisfaction within the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)framework.The analysis reveals that while the overall satisfaction with the"China Chain Expo"is high,there is still room for improvement in on-site services,booth layout in the exhibition areas,and the management of supporting facilities.This study holds research value and practical significance for enhancing the service level and quality of exhibitions in China.It aims to contribute to the steady,healthy,and sustainable development of exhibitions in the country,and to help national-level exhibitions,in particular,become trade events with international influence.
