教育数字化背景下教师数字素养的提升

摘要 教师数字素养的提升是教育数字化推进过程中的关键要素,也是教师专业发展过程中不可回避的时代性问题。教育部制定并发布了《教师数字素养》行业标准,明确规定了教师在教育数字化转型过程中专业发展的具体指标。教师通过技术能力、教学设计与实施能力的提升及教育观念的更新,可以有效推动教育数字化发展,提高教师的教学水平和学生的学习效果。文章以动物育种学课程为例,从教师的数字化意识提升、教师数字技术知识与技能提升及在动物育种学中开展数字化教学三个方面探讨教师数字素养提升的策略和方法,为教师数字素养的提升提供一定的参考和借鉴。 The improvement of teachers’digital literacy is playing an indispensable role both in the process of promoting educational digitization and in the professional development of teachers.The Ministry of Education of China has formulated and issued the industry standard“‘Teachers’Digital Literacy”,which clearly stipulates the specific indicators for teachers’professional development in the process of educational digital transformation.By strengthening their technological capabilities,teaching design and implementation capabilities,and updating educational concepts,teachers can effectively promote the development of educational digitization,improve teaching quality and benefit students’learning.Taking the teaching of the course“Animal Breeding”as an example,this paper discussed strategies and methods for enhancing teachers’digital literacy from three aspects:the improvement of teachers’digital awareness,the enhancement of teachers’digital technology knowledge and skills,and the implementation of digital teaching in Animal Breeding course,aiming to provide a reference for the improvement of teachers’digital literacy.
