摘要
当前,张家口市少年冰球运动的发展受到赛事体系不完善、升学渠道不畅通和冰球师资不足等制约。对此,提出发挥职能部门作用、加强冰球师资力量建设、更新教育教学理念和强化冰球文化建设等策略,为张家口市少年冰球运动的发展提供参考。
At present,the development of adolescent ice hockey in Zhangjiakou City is constrained by an imperfect competition system,obstructed channels for further education,and insufficient ice hockey teachers.In this regard,such strategies are proposed as leveraging the role of functional departments,strengthening the construction of ice hockey teaching team,updating educational and teaching concepts,and strengthening ice hockey culture construction to provide reference for the development of youth ice hockey in Zhangjiakou City.
