摘要
当前,内地高校开办西藏班是中国维护国家和民族地区稳定繁荣发展的特殊民族政策,对民族地区的社会经济发展有着重要的促进作用。对张家口市地区高校西藏班教育管理状况进行实地调研,发现藏族学生在个别学科上学习吃力;教师对藏族学生了解不够充分,高校对藏族学生缺乏针对性的教育管理。针对以上问题,可以组织多民族学生融合活动、教师开展有针对性教学活动和高校出台有民族特色的教育管理制度等方面,探索张家口市地区高校西藏班的民族团结教育之路,为党和国家繁荣民族地区建设培养优秀人才,维护国家统一,民族团结。
At present,it is a special ethnic policy on the maintenance of the national and ethnic stability,prosperity and development to establish Tibetan classes in mainland colleges and universities,which plays an important role in promoting the social and economic development of ethnic areas,and has attracted social attention.The field investigation of the education management of Tibetan classes in colleges and universities in Zhangjiakou shows that there are some problems such as Tibetan students’difficulty in learning certain subjects,teachers’insufficient understanding of Tibetan students,and colleges’lack of targeted education management.In view of the above problems and difficulties,it is advisable to use the teaching resources in mainland colleges and universities to explore the ways of ethnic unity education for Tibetan classes in colleges and universities in Zhangjiakou by means of organizing student activities based on multi-ethnic integration,teachers carrying out targeted teaching activities and colleges and universities introducing educational management systems with ethnic characteristics.
