摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的逐步落实,东盟面向中国游客的旅游业迅速发展,东盟中文旅游人才需求迅速增加,中文的经济价值凸显,东盟的“中文+旅游”教育得以发展。通过对东盟中文学习者的问卷调查和东盟旅游企业的访谈发现:学习者对“中文+旅游”教育满意度不高,尤其在实习方面,但认可度较高,需求量大;旅游企业对中文旅游人才需求极大,对实践能力要求较高。因而,还需进一步加强理论研究、完善顶层设计、开发本土教材、培养双师型教师、建设课程标准等。
The gradual implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has led to a rapid development of ASEAN s tourism industry for Chinese tourists.This has resulted in a corresponding increase in the demand for Chinese-speaking tourism talents in ASEAN.Furthermore,the economic value of the Chinese language is being increasingly emphasized,which has facilitated the development of“Chinese+tourism”education in ASEAN.A questionnaire survey of Chinese language learners in ASEAN and interviews with ASEAN tourism enterprises revealed that learners are not satisfied with“Chinese+tourism”education,particularly with regard to internships.However,the importance of Chinese-speaking skills is highly recognized and there is a high demand for programs aiming at improving these skills.Tourism enterprises have a great demand for Chinese-speaking tourism talents,and have high requirements for their practical abilities.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the theoretical research,improve the top-level design,develop local teaching materials,cultivate dual-certified instructors,and establish curriculum standards.
