高铁站房地下车库基坑复合支护施工技术

摘要 为保障临近既有建筑基坑开挖时的安全性,本文通过实际工程案例,针对基坑周边环境复杂、基坑开挖范围内存在深厚杂填土层等工程特点,采用双排桩+旋喷桩+注浆复合支护结构,在双排桩之间采用二重管法打入咬合桩来加固支护结构,并与前排灌注桩形成一道止水帷幕相连,以确保具备良好的止水性能并对双排桩之间的杂填土进行注浆加固。本文对钻孔灌注桩、高压旋喷桩、杂填土注浆技术的结构特点及施工工艺进行了详细分析,探讨并给出了处理措施,以解决场地复杂、工序繁杂等施工难点。结果表明,双排桩+旋喷桩+注浆复合支护结构具有较大的抗侧移刚度,能够保障基坑开挖的安全性和稳定性。 In order to ensure the safety of excavation of foundation pit adjacent to existing buildings,this paper adopts a double-row pile+rotary jet pile+grouting composite supporting structure based on practical engineering cases,aiming at the complex surrounding environment of foundation pit and the engineering characteristics of deep mixed soil filling in the excavation range,and adopts the double-pipe method to drive the occluding pile between the double rows of piles to strengthen the supporting structure.It is connected with the front row of the pile to form a water stop curtain to ensure a good water stop performance and to reinforce the mixed fill between the two rows of piles by grouting.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the structural characteristics and construction technology of bored piles,high-pressure jet grouting piles,and grouting technology for miscellaneous fill soil,discussing and proposing solutions to construction difficulties such as complex site conditions and complicated procedures.The results indicate that the composite support structure of double-row piles,jet grouting piles,and grouting exhibits significant lateral stiffness,ensuring the safety and stability of foundation pit excavation.
