钢纤维混凝土在低温、超低温环境下动静态力学性能的试验研究

Experimental study on the dynamic and static mechanical properties of steel fibre concrete inlow and ultra-low temperature environments

摘要 对不同纤维体积掺量(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)的钢纤维混凝土进行了常温、低温和超低温环境下静态力学性能试验,采用75 mm的分离式霍普金森压杆装置(SHPB)进行了3种应变率下的动态力学性能试验,分析了纤维含量,温度区间及应变率效应对混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:当钢纤维含量为1%时,混凝土在低温和超低温下的抗折强度分别提高41.1%和65.7%。在动态力学试验中,应变率为147 s^(-1)时超低温环境下钢纤维混凝土具有更高的动态抗压强度,为159.7 MPa。此外,低温和超低温环境会增加钢纤维混凝土的应变率敏感性导致动态增长因子的提高。 Concrete with different fibre volume additions(0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%)were tested at ambient,low and ultra-low temperatures,and the dynamic mechanical properties were tested at three strain rates using a 75 mm split Hopkinson compression bar device(SHPB),to analyse the effects of fibre content,temperature interval and strain rate effects on the mechanical properties of concrete.The test results showed that the flexural strength of concrete at low and ultra-low temperatures increased by 41.1%and 65.7%when the steel fibre content was 1%.In the dynamic mechanical experiments,the steel fibre concrete in the ultra-low temperature environment at a strain rate of 147 s^(-1) had a higher dynamic compressive strength of 159.7 MPa.In addition,the low and ultra-low temperature environments increase the strain rate sensitivity of the steel fibre concrete leading to an increase in the dynamic increase factor.
