摘要
本文介绍了无损检测工艺在石油钻杆检测中的应用研究。通过对石油钻杆各组成部分的结构分析,确定了石油钻杆检测的整体思路,分别对管体部分采用漏磁检测和螺纹部分采用磁粉检测,以及对管体加厚端焊缝处采用超声波检测,从而完成了对石油钻杆的整体无损检测。实践证明石油钻杆无损检测技术是钻杆检测实际有效的方法,能及时地对钻杆缺陷进行检测,以确保石油钻杆整体的质量要求。
This paper introduces the application of non-destructive testing technology in oil drill pipe.By analyzing various component structure of oil drill pipe,the whole idea of oil drill pipe detection is determined.Magnetic flux leakage testing is used for the pipe body,magnetic particle testing is used for the thread part,and the ultrasonic testing is applied to the weld seam at the thickened end of the pipe body,thus completing the whole non-destructive testing of oil drill pipe.The practice has proven that non-destructive testing technology is a practical and effective method for detecting drill pipe defects in a timely manner to ensure the overall quality requirements of oil drill pipes.
