摘要
急危重症患者往往存在急性胃肠损伤,该现象备受关注且不容忽视。急性胃肠损伤不仅发生率高,而且在多器官功能障碍综合征的发生与发展中起重要作用,其对患者病情及预后具有不可忽视的影响。本文就急危重症患者急性胃肠损伤的生物标志物进行综述,为AGI的早期识别提供分子线索。
Acute gastrointestinal injury often exists in acute and critical patients,which has received increasing attention and become a problem that cannot be ignored.Acute gastrointestinal injury not only has a high incidence,but also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,which has a significant impact on the condition and prognosis of patients.This article reviews the biomarkers of acute gastrointestinal injury in acute and critical patients,providing molecular clues for early identification of acute gastrointestinal injury.
