摘要
第一批义务教育优质均衡发展区,全国只有宁波市江北区、嘉兴市海盐县榜上有名。在解读县域义务教育优质均衡评估考核指标与评估方法的基础上,解析浙江这两个样板区县社会经济的共性:历史悠久,尊师重教传统文化有底蕴;经济发达,政府加大教育投入有底气;社会文明,区域义务教育质量有底色。解码浙江两大样板成功创建义务教育优质均衡区的四大经验:第一,把好“方向盘”,同心共育缩小差距;第二,用好“加油箱”,同向同行引育师资;第三,使好“操纵杆”,同屏同步技术支架;第四,利用“提速器”,同频共振评价杠杆。
Among the first batch of high-quality and balanced development zones for compulsory education in China,only Jiangbei district of Ningbo city and Haiyan county of Jiaxing are listed.Based on the interpretation of the evaluation indicators and methods for the high-quality and balanced evaluation of compulsory education in counties,the commonalities of the social and economic development of the two sample districts and counties in Zhejiang Province are as follows:they have a long history and traditional culture of respecting teachers and valuing education;Economically developed,the government has the confidence to increase investment in education;Social civilization and the quality of regional compulsory education have a foundation.Finally,the four secrets to successfully creating a high-quality and balanced zone for compulsory education through decoding the two major models in Zhejiang are:the first steering wheel:narrowing the gap through concentric education;the second refueling tank:to guide and educate teachers in the same direction;third joystick:synchronous technical support on the same screen;fourth acceleration device:same frequency resonance evaluation lever.
