摘要
分析研究了航天型号任务四、五级配套供应商穿透式管理的原则,从供应链管理过程中面对的实际问题入手,研究实践了航天机电组件产品穿透式供应商管理的具体方法和内容,实施了健全规章制度、优化业务流程、推动信息系统与供应商穿透式管理深度融合等措施,该项研究可为航空航天机电组件领域施行供应商穿透式管理提供借鉴,实现供应链精细化管理,助力航天事业高质量发展。
This article examines and analyses the supplier penetrating management of aerospace mechatronic components,approaching the issue by studying the practical problems in real-world supply chain management.By improving rules and regulations,optimizing business processes,and promoting the integration of information systems and supplier penetrating management,we can provide references for the implementation of supplier penetrating management in the field of aerospace mechatronic components to increase precision in its supply chain management.
