摘要
介绍了国产电机驱动转子式能量回收装置在山东某海水淡化厂中的运行情况。该海水淡化厂采用气浮-超滤预处理,经二级反渗透淡化,二级反渗透产能为5万m^(3)/d。一级反渗透海水淡化设置了3套产能为1.96万m^(3)/d SWRO单元,其中1#单元采用了国产IPX-110能量回收装置,2020年5月完成调试,测试效率为90.5%,运行3年多,当前效率为92.0%,运行性能稳定;2#和3#单元采用了进口PX能量回收装置。运行结果各项指标均达设计目标,满足了周边工业企业用水要求。
This paper introduces the operation of a domestic motor-driven rotor-type energy recovery device in a seawater desalination plant in Shandong.The seawater desalination plant adopts air flotation-ultrafiltration pretreatment,and is desalinated by secondary reverse osmosis,and the secondary reverse osmosis production capacity is 50,000 tons peer day.Three sets of SWRO units with a production capacity of 19,600 tons peer day are set up for primary reverse osmosis seawater desalination.Among them,the 1#unit adopts the IPX-110 energy recovery device.The commissioning was completed in May 2020.The test efficiency is 90.5%.It has been running for more than 3 years.The current efficiency is 92.0%,and the operating performance is stable.The 2#and 3#units use imported energy recovery devices.The operation results of various indicators reach the design goals and meet the water supply requirements.
