摘要
水土流失不仅造成水环境恶化,还影响城市经济和社会平衡发展,因此国家十分重视水土保持工作。水土保持是一项关系着国计民生的重要工程,水土保持是对自然因素和人为活动造成水土流失所采用的预防和治理措施,是改善农业生产条件、生态环境和治理江河的根本措施,对区域水土保护、水源涵养、生态改善、防灾减灾具有重要意义。文章根据济源市某项目情况和存在的问题,详细阐述了该项目水土保持措施,有效改善了生态环境,推动了济源市的经济社会发展。
Soil erosion not only causes deterioration of water environment,but also seriously affects the balanced development of urban economy and society.Therefore,the country attaches great importance to soil and water conservation work.Soil and water conservation is an important project related to national economy and people's livelihood.Soil and water conservation is a preventive and control measure for soil and water loss caused by natural factors and human activities.It is the fundamental measure to improve agricultural production conditions,ecological environment,and river management.It is of great significance for regional soil and water protection,water source conservation,ecological improvement,and disaster prevention and reduction.According to the situation and existing problems of a project in Jiyuan City,this paper expounds in detail the soil and water conservation of the project,which has effectively improved the ecological environment and promoted the economic and social development of Jiyuan City.
