摘要
严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2引发新型冠状病毒感染全球大流行,尽管病毒感染后主要表现为呼吸道疾病,但越来越多的研究表明新型冠状病毒能够引发多种神经系统损伤,例如脑炎、脑病、吉兰-巴雷综合征和“长新冠”综合征等。新型冠状病毒引发神经系统并发症的确切机制仍不明确,本文对新型冠状病毒感染引起相关神经系统损伤的临床表现以及可能的病理机制进行综述,有助于提前识别神经症状和预防危重症发生。
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 has caused a global pandemic of novel coronavirus infection.Although the main manifestation of viral infection is respiratory disease,an increasing number of studies have shown that novel coronavirus can cause a variety of nervous system damage,such as encephalitis,encephalopathy,Guillain-Barre syndrome and"long novel coronavirus infection"syndrome.The exact mechanism of neurological complications caused by the novel coronavirus is still unclear.This article reviews the clinical manifestations and possible pathological mechanisms of nervous system injury caused by novel coronavirus infection,which is helpful to identify neurological symptoms and prevent critical illness in advance.
