摘要
目的分析针对性心理护理在阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤患者临床干预中的实施效果。方法选取80例行阴式子宫全切术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分组,每组40例。对照组患者采取常规的围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性心理护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的不良情绪评分低于对照组,自我效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理中,针对性心理护理有助于改善患者的负性情绪并提升自我效能感,是科学的护理干预方法。
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted psychological nursing in clinical intervention of patients with hysteromyoma treated by vaginal total hysterectomy.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing vaginal hysterectomy were selected and divided into 40 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received targeted psychological nursing on the basis of the control group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-efficacy score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids,targeted psychological nursing can help to eliminate patients'negative emotions and enhance their self-efficacy,which is a scientific nursing intervention method.
