摘要
目的观察心理护理应用于卵巢早衰患者护理中的重要性。方法选取80例卵巢早衰患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。观察组采用心理护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组负性情绪及生活质量。结果干预后观察组抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生育生活质量量表(FertiQoL)评分(62.17±6.49)分高于对照组的(50.96±7.05)分(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对缓解卵巢早衰患者负性情绪具有积极意义,显著提高患者生活质量,应用价值显著。
Objective To observe the importance of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 80 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Psychological nursing was used in the observation group and routine nursing was used in the control group.Negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,FertiQoL score of observation group(62.17±6.49)points was higher than that of control group(50.96±7.05)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a positive significance in relieving the negative emotions of patients with premature ovarian failure,significantly improving the quality of life of patients,and has significant application value.
