摘要
目的探讨孕前营养水平及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取1000例产后42 d就诊的产妇,收集产妇基本信息、膳食调查、体格检查、实验室检查,随访妊娠结局,采取多因素Logistic回归分析妊娠结局危险因素。结果孕中期能量摄入最高,孕早期增重最为明显。妊娠不良结局130例(13.00%)。孕期增重(OR=1.425)、年龄(OR=1.384)、孕前体质量(OR=1.462)、孕前糖尿病(OR=1.485)、总蛋白(OR=1.285)均是妊娠结局的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论孕期营养摄入上,孕早期能量摄入高,中期增重明显,孕期营养状况可对产妇妊娠结局产生影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of pre-pregnancy nutrition levels and co-pregnancy outcomes.Methods 1000 parturients treated 42 days after delivery were selected.Basic information,dietary survey,physical examination and laboratory examination were collected,pregnancy outcomes were followed up,and the risk factors of pregnancy outcomes were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression,Results Energy intake was the highest in the second trimester,and weight gain was the most obvious in the first trimester.There were 130 cases(13.00%)with adverse pregnancy outcome.Pregnancy weight gain(OR=1.425),age(OR=1.384),prepregnancy body mass(OR=1.462),prepregnancy diabetes(OR=1.485)and total protein(OR=1.285)were allindependent risk factors for pregnancy outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion In terms of nutritional intake during pregnancy,the energy intake in the first trimester is high,and the weight gain in the second trimester is obvious.The nutritional status during pregnancy can affect the pregnancy outcome.
