摘要
本文通过整理、分析大量装配式公租房项目的设计信息数据,提出了一种基于通用构件库的正向标准化设计方法。针对墙板构件制定了构件编码系统,形成了分两个等级的公租房通用构件库。同时,基于通用构件库并结合开间/进深尺寸、户型面积、平面位置、空间功能等筛选条件,设计了公租房通用构件选用表。并按照上述方法对多个公租房项目进行了验证,引入标准化率概念,制定了公租房项目的标准化等级评价方法。
A forward standardized design method based on a general component library is proposed by organizing and analyzing a large amount of design information data of prefabricated public rental housing projects.A component coding system has been developed for wall panel components,forming a general component library for public rental housing with two levels.At the same time,a selection table of general components for public rental housing is designed based on the general component library and combined with screening conditions such as bay/depth dimensions,unit area,floor plan position,and spatial function.Multiple public rental housing projects are verified by using the above method,and the concept of standardization rate is introduced,so as to formulate the standardized grade evaluation method for public rental housing projects.
