摘要
尽管BIM技术在建筑行业的应用逐渐普及,但在实际操作中仍面临一系列挑战,如技术标准不统一、操作不规范等。因此,文章分析了BIM技术在建筑工程造价标准化管理中的应用优势,结合工程实例,分析BIM技术在工程项目的设计阶段,招投标阶段及施工阶段和竣工阶段的造价控制与管理的实际应用情况,并提出了BIM技术在造价管理中的应用仍然面临较多的挑战和困难,需要进一步加强对BIM技术的研究和应用,完善相关政策和标准。
Although the application of BIM technology in the construction industry is gradually popularized,it still faces a series of challenges in actual operation,such as inconsistent technical standards and non-standard operation.Therefore,this paper introduces the application advantages of BIM technology in the standardized management of construction engineering cost,and combined with engineering examples,analyzes the practical application of BIM technology in the design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage of the project cost control and management,and points out that the application of BIM technology in the cost management is still facing many challenges and difficulties.It is necessary to further strengthen the research and application of BIM technology,and improve relevant policies and standards.
