摘要
乡村治理是实现乡村振兴战略、推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要基石。乡村德治要植根于中国乡村的社会和文化土壤,吸取中国传统文化之精华,深入发掘乡村社会所蕴含的道德元素和乡村治理智慧,对其进行完善、创新与转化,使优秀传统文化与现代乡村文明相融合。要高度重视乡村德治的内涵及价值意义,深入分析乡村德治面临的现实问题,从以文养德、以评树德、以规立德、以宣弘德和以产促德五个方面来综合优化乡村振兴战略下乡村德治的路径。
Rural governance is an important cornerstone for achieving the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.Rural moral governance should be rooted in the social and cultural soil of Chinese villages,absorb the essence of Chinese traditional culture,deeply explore the moral elements and rural governance wisdom contained in rural society,improve,innovate and transform them,and integrate excellent traditional culture with modern rural civilization.The article analyzes the connotation and value significance of rural moral governance,combined with the practical problems faced by rural moral governance,and comprehensively optimizes the path of rural moral governance under the strategy of rural revitalization from five aspects:cultivating virtue through literature,establishing virtue through evaluation,setting virtue through regulation,publicizing virtue and promoting virtue through production.
