以服务创新四维角度构建高校图书馆阅读推广模式

摘要 高校图书馆阅读推广工作是其服务体系的重要部分,虽在不断优化升级,但尚未形成系统化理论,活动开展较为零散且创新活力不足。论文引入服务创新四维度模型,以东南大学图书馆主办的“图书馆跨年夜”活动为例,通过案例分析梳理高校图书馆阅读服务体系,从阅读服务理念、阅读空间建设、阅读参与主体及技术支持四个相互关联的维度总结经验及启示,形成相应理论模式,以揭示高校图书馆阅读推广体系优化升级的方向与途径。 The reading promotion work of university libraries is an important part of their service system.Although it is constantly being optimized and upgraded,a systematic theory has not yet been formed,and the activities are relatively scattered and lack innovative vitality.This paper introduces a four-dimensional model of service innovation.Taking the“Library Cross the Year”activity hosted by the library of Southeast University as an example,it combs the reading service system of university libraries through case analysis,summarizes experience and enlightenment from four interrelated dimensions of reading service concept,reading space construction,reading participants and technical support,and form a corresponding theoretical model,in order to reveal the direction and ways of optimizing and upgrading the reading promotion system in university libraries.
