摘要
目的:观察久痒膏治疗慢性期肛周湿疹的疗效。方法:研究采用随机分组的方法,将80例慢性期肛周湿疹患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组则给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外涂,观察组给予宁夏中医医院自制的久痒膏外涂治疗,观察两组的临床症状、皮疹面积以及用药期间的不良反应。结果:对照组总有效率为67.5%,临床综合评分有效率66.0%;观察组总有效率为90.0%,临床综合评分有效率87.0%。各个指标的结果之间存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:久痒膏对于治疗慢性期肛周湿疹具有确切的疗效,该药膏能有效改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiuyang ointment in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods 80 patients with chronic perianal eczema were randomly divided intocontrol group andobservation group,40 cases in each group.While the control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Cream.The observation group was treated with Jiuyang ointment made by Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The clinical symptoms,rash area and adverse reactions during medication were observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%,and the effective rate of clinical comprehensive score was 66.0%.The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,and the effective rate of clinical comprehensive score was 87.0%.There were significant statistical differences between the results of each index(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jiuyang ointment for the treatment of chronic perianal eczema has a definite effect,the ointment can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
