电动自行车火灾防控系统的设计

Design of Fire Prevention and Control System for Electric Bicycles

摘要 阐述铅酸蓄电池电动自行车起火原因,包括热失控、电池内部短路、充电过度引发析氢爆炸。探讨火灾智能防控系统设计方案,介绍电池健康状态以及热失控监测预警、气溶胶灭火两大功能。 This paper describes the causes of electric bicycles with lead-acid batteries catching fire, including thermal runaway, internal short circuit of the battery, and hydrogen evolution explosion caused by overcharging. It explores the design scheme of an intelligent fire prevention and control system, introducing the health status of batteries, as well as the two major functions of thermal runaway monitoring and warning, and aerosol fire extinguishing.
