摘要
实践教学是公安院校教学改革和人才培养的重要环节。构建校局合作背景下公安院校警务指挥与战术合成作战指挥实践教学体系,是提升警务合成作战指挥实践教学质量,提高综合应用型警务合成作战指挥人才培养质量的有效途径和必要措施。文章在分析传统警务指挥与战术专业合成作战指挥实践教学实施存在不足的基础之上,探讨校局合作背景下警务合成作战实践教学的优势、实施模式及创新实践教学内容的方法。
Practical teaching is an important part of teaching reform and talent cultivation in public security colleges.Building a practical teaching system for police command and tactical integrated combat command in public security colleges under the background of school bureau cooperation is an effective way and necessary measure to improve the quality of practical teaching for police integrated combat command and enhance the training quality of comprehensive applied police integrated combat command talents.On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings in the implementation of traditional police command and tactical professional integrated combat command practical teaching,this article explores the advantages,implementation modes,and innovative teaching methods of police integrated combat practical teaching under the background of school bureau cooperation.
