摘要
体育特长生是指在体育运动项目中有突出特长的学生。文章重点探究高中体育特长生技能高考成绩的影响因素与提升对策。首先从学生、教师及客观条件三个维度分析高中体育特长生技能高考成绩的影响因素。然后基于以上影响因素,提出立足学生个体差异、加强综合训练指导,突出教师主导作用、提高教学指导水平,改善教学条件、构建良好教学环境,强化合理饮食结构、增强考前能量储备等策略,以此为高中体育特长生培养提供方法借鉴。
Sports talents refer to students who have outstanding talents in sports events.The article focuses on exploring the influencing factors and improvement strategies of senior middle school sports students with strong skills in the college entrance examination.Firstly,analyze the influencing factors of senior middle school physical education majors'skil scores in the college entrance examination from three dimensions:students,teachers,and objective conditions.Based on the above influencing factors,it is proposed to strengthen comprehensive training guidance based on individual differences among students;highlighting the leading role of teachers and improving the level of teaching guidance;improve and optimize teaching conditions,and build a good teaching environment;strengthening a reasonable dietary structure and enhancing pre-exam energy reserves are strategies to provide methods and references for cultivating senior middle school sports talents.
