This paper is dedicated to an in-depth analysis of the regional style and artistic characteristics of Minnan lacquer painting.Itfirstly outlines the evolution of Minnan lacquer painting from a practical craft to a pure art form.Then it elaborately describes the unique methods employed in lacquer paintings to depict the architecture,daily life,folk culture,and natural landscapes of the Minnan area,particularly highlighting significant features in color usage,pattern design,and crafting techniques.Anditfurther examines the artistic style and skills of lacquer painting,covering the integration of carefully selected materials with meticulous craftsmanship,the artistic representation of regional characteristics,the fusion of traditional lacquer techniques with emotional expression,innovative exploration with new materials and technologies,and the blend of traditional art with modern representation techniques.The paper emphasizes the crucial role of Minnan lacquer painting in the inheritance of cultural heritage and modern artistic innovation,providing a unique perspective and profound insights for the transformation of traditional art into contemporary forms.
