摘要
目的分析超声刀在开放甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法方便选取2021年2月—2023年3月郓城县诚信医院收治的152例甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各76例。对照组术中用传统电刀,观察组术中用超声刀,对比两组手术指标以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、饮食恢复时间、术后拔管时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组,切口长度短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放甲状腺手术中应用超声刀能缩短手术时间、住院时间、患者饮食恢复时间和术后拔管时间,降低患者术中的出血量和术后引流量,减少术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasonic knife in open thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 152 patients with thyroid tumor admitted to Yuncheng County Chengxin Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 76 patients in each group.Traditional electrotome was used in the control group,and ultrasonic knife was used in the observation group.The surgical indexes and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,diet recovery time and postoperative extubation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the incision length was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After operation,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasonic knife in open thyroid surgery can shorten the operation time,hospital stay,patient's diet recovery time and postoperative extubation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage flow,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
