摘要
目的探讨安宁疗护诊疗模式对癌症生命终末期患者的不适症状及生活质量的影响。方法选择癌症生命终末期患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予单纯的不适症状控制,观察组在对照组的基础上加入安宁疗护的舒适护理及心理慰藉。比较2组治疗前后的镇痛效果、心理评估及生活质量。结果观察组镇痛有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),心理焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安宁疗护诊疗可以有效控制癌症生命终末期患者的不适症状,显著提高患者的生活质量,是值得推广的具人文特色的诊疗模式。
Objective To investigate the effect of hospice care mode on uncomfortable symptoms and quality of life in patients with cancer at the end of life.Methods 70 patients with end-stage cancer were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group was given simple control of uncomfortable symptoms,and the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing and psychological comfort on the basis of the control group.The analgesic effect,psychological evaluation and quality of life were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of psychological anxiety was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospice care model can effectively control the uncomfortable symptoms of cancer patients at the end of their lives and significantly improve their quality of life.It is a diagnosis and treatment model with humanistic characteristics worthy of promotion.
