摘要
目的观察互联网+中医慢病管理模式对围绝经期综合征患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选择2021年3月—2022年3月南方医院中医科门诊治疗的92例围绝经期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各46例。对照组予常规门诊随访指导,就诊后2周电话回访;干预组在对照组的基础上,以微信为指导媒体开展中医特色慢病管理模式。比较两组患者干预后1个月和6个月的改良Kupperman绝经综合征症状评定量表评分及慢性病自我管理行为量表评分。结果干预后1个月、6个月,干预组患者的改良Kupperman绝经综合征症状评定量表评分及慢性病自我管理行为量表评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网+中医慢病管理模式能有效减轻围绝经期综合征患者症状,提高其自我管理能力。
Objective To explore the effect of Internet+TCM chronic disease management model on self-management ability of perimenopausal women.Methods Form March 2021 to March 2022,92 patients with perimenopause syndrome treated in Nanfang Hospital were enrolled and assigned to the intervention group and the control group based on the random number table method,and there were 46 patients in each group.Both groups were followed up to get multipoint injection at the base with compound betamethasone prescribed by the doctor.The control group was given routine outpatient follow-up instructions,and phone visits were made 2 weeks after treatment.On the basis of the control group,the intervention group carried out the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic chronic disease management mode with WeChat as the guide media.The scores of the modified Kupperman Menopausal Syndrome Symptom Rating Scale and chronic Disease self-Management Behavior Scale were compared between the two groups 1 and 6 months after intervention.Results At 1 month and 6 months after intervention,the scores of modified Kupperman Menopausal Syndrome Symptom Rating Scale and Chronic Disease Self-Management Behavior Scale of patients in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet+TCM chronic disease management model can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and improve their self-management ability.
