摘要
目的探析常规针刺结合蝶腭神经节针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法择取2021年10月—2023年9月,我院收治的周围性面瘫患者共100例纳入研究范围,以随机数字表法分组,对照组50例予以常规针刺治疗,观察组50例患者则给予常规针刺结合蝶腭神经节针刺治疗,对两组治疗前后的面神经功能评分、中医证候积分、神经表面肌电信号、侧面动脉血流动力学指标、临床疗效展开比较。结果观察组治疗后的面神经功能评分以及治疗总有效率均比对照组更高(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的口眼歪斜、眼闭不实、迎风流泪等中医证候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组额肌、眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌的潜伏期时间均短于对照组,均波幅大于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张末期流速(Vd)高于对照组,阻力指数(RI)比对照组更低(均P<0.05)。结论将常规针刺结合蝶腭神经节针刺应用于周围性面瘫中疗效确切,能有效促进面部的血液循环,对缓解临床症状、改善神经功能具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of conventional acupuncture combined with sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with peripheral facial palsy treated in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected to be included in the study,and divided into groups according to random number table method.50 patients in the control group were given routine acupuncture treatment,and 50 patients in the observation group were given routine acupuncture combined with sphopalatine ganglion acupuncture treatment.The facial nerve function score,TCM syndrome score,nerve surface electromyography signal,side arterial hemodynamics index and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The facial nerve function score as well as the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05);after treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,such as crooked mouth and eyes,insubstantial eye closure,and tearing of the wind(all P<0.05);after treatment,the latency time of the frontalis,orbicularis oculi,and orbicularis oculi in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amplitude of both waves was greater than that of the control group(all P<0.05);after treatment,the peak systolic flow rate(Vs)and end-diastolic flow rate(Vd)of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the resistance index(RI)was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of conventional acupuncture combined with sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture in peripheral facial palsy has a definite effect,can effectively promote facial blood circulation,relieve clinical symptoms and improve nerve function,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
