摘要
以某酒店建设项目作为研究案例,总结实际管理经验并分析管控过程中遇到的问题。基于此,作为建设方的角度总结酒店在建设期各阶段的经验与教训,提出相关控制措施,以期为今后类似项目建设全过程动态管理水平的提升提供参考。
Take a hotel construction project as a research case,combined with the actual management experience and the problems encountered in the process of control.Based on this as the perspective of the construction party,summarize the experience and lessons of the hotel in each stage of the construction period,and propose relevant control measures,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the dynamic management level in the whole process of similar project construction in the future.
