摘要
某公司动力中心供PTA(精对苯二甲酸)装置蒸汽管线有中压蒸汽管道和高压蒸汽管道,高压蒸汽管道设计压力9.81 MPa,设计温度545℃和380℃(减温),管道材质为12Cr1MoVG。中压蒸汽管道设计压力4.5 MPa,设计温度465℃,管道材质为12Cr1MoVG。高压和中压蒸汽管线总长度约5000 m。为保证装置长周期稳定供汽,该公司采用了导热系数更低、憎水率极高的新型纳米气凝胶保温材料+硅酸铝复合的保温方案,应用后实测保温效果良好,通过数据计算节能效益明显。
The steam pipeline for the PTA(purified terephthalic acid)unit supplied by a certain company’s power center includes medium pressure steam pipeline and high pressure steam pipeline.The design pressure of high pressure steam pipeline is 9.81 MPa,the design temperature are 545℃and 380℃(temperature reduction),and the material of the pipeline is 12Cr1MoVG.The design pressure of the medium pressure steam pipeline is 4.5 MPa,the design temperature is 465℃,and the material of the pipeline is 12Cr1MoVG.The total length of high and medium pressure steam pipelines is about 5000 meters.In order to ensure long-term stable steam supply,a new nano aerogel thermal insulation material+aluminum silicate composite thermal insulation scheme with lower thermal conductivity and high water repellency is adopted.After application,the measured thermal insulation effect is good,and the energy saving benefit is obvious through data calculation.
