社交行为能否预测书店满意度?——一项来自环境心理学视角的混合研究

摘要 从环境心理学视角出发,采用定量和定性相结合的研究方法,分析社交行为和书店满意度之间的关系。首先,对样本(N=1604)问卷调查结果执行分层多重线性回归,研究发现社交行为能够显著正向预测满意度;其次,对新型书店读者(N=16)展开半结构化访谈,通过演绎和归纳方法,得出书店满意度的形成路径:书店环境搭建公共领域—文化距离缩减读者间社交距离—社会支持产生书店空间依恋;最后,为书店布局和社交活动提出两方面建议。 From the perspective of environmental psychology,this study employed the quantitative and qualitative methods to examine the relationship between social behavior and bookstore statisfaction.Firstly,the hierarchical multiple linear regression was conducted on the sample(N=1604)collected by questionaire survey,revealing that social behavior significantly and positively predicts satisfaction.Additionally,semi-structured interviews were conducted with reader(N=16).The findings suggest that bookstore satisfaction is formed through the following paths:the bookstore environment building the public sphere,cultural distance reducing the social distance between readers,and social support generating bookstore spatial attachment,which contributes to overall satisfaction.Suggestions are proposed based on these findings.
