管壳式换热器弓形折流板的结构优化

摘要 为研究某高温烟气急冷器空气二次冷却系统的流动与传热特性,建立了管壳式换热器简化模型,运用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟,分析了折流板数量、相对缺口高度、折流板间距和换热器进出口管布置方式对换热器性能的影响。结果表明:折流板数量越多,相对缺口高度越小,换热器压降越大,换热系数越大,综合性能指标越小;高温区域折流板间距小、低温区域折流板间距大的换热器比等间距折流板换热器平均换热系数提高了4.3%,平均综合性能指标提高了2.3%;空气出口管布置在热流体进口侧比布置在热流体出口侧平均换热系数提高了6.5%,平均综合性能指标提高了4.3%。 For purpose of investigating both flow and heat transfer characteristics of a high-temperature flue gas quencher’s air secondary cooling system,a simplified model for the shell-tube heat exchanger was established and then simulated with ANSYS software,including analyzing the effect of baffle plate’s quantity,baffle gap’s relative height,baffle spacing and the arrangement of both inlet and outlet pipes on the heat exchanger performance.The results show that,the more number of baffle plates can make the height of the baffle’s relative notch smaller;the greater pressure drop of the heat exchanger brings about greater heat transfer coefficient and smaller comprehensive performance index.The average heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger with small baffles spacing in the high-temperature region and large baffles spacing in the low-temperature region can be increased by 4.3%and the average comprehensive performance index increased by 2.3%compared with the heat exchanger with equal spacing baffles.The average heat transfer coefficient can be increased by 6.5%and the average comprehensive performance index increased by 4.3%when the air outlet pipe is arranged at the inlet side of the hot fluid.
