摘要 自动驾驶出租车(Robotaxi)是自动驾驶技术在出行服务领域的重要应用,发展前景广阔。为了解自动驾驶出租车的公众接受度及其影响因素,本文以技术接受模型为框架,结合感知风险理论和社会认知理论,引入感知风险、技术焦虑、主观认知、社会影响和政策监管5个变量,建立自动驾驶出租车接受度模型。设计问卷收集数据,利用结构方程模型进行分析,研究各变量之间的关系。研究结果显示:各变量对接受度均呈现显著影响,影响程度由大到小依次为社会影响(0.543)、感知有用性(0.362)、感知风险(-0.302)、感知易用性(0.268)和技术焦虑(-0.134)。本文的研究结果为政府及自动驾驶企业的决策提供了理论依据,有利于自动驾驶出租车的推广和应用。 Robotaxi is an important application of autonomous driving technology in the field of travel services with broad prospects. To study the public's acceptance of robotaxi and its key factors, this research establishes a robotaxi acceptance model based on the TAM model, combining perceived risk theory and social cognitive theory. Five variables, including perceived risk, technology anxiety, subjective cognition, social influence, and policy regulation are introduced to expand the model. The results show that all variables have a significant impact on acceptance, and the order is social influence(0.543), perceived usefulness(0.362), perceived risk(-0.302), perceived ease of use(0.268), and technology anxiety(-0.134). The research results provide a theoretical basis for decision-making by government and autonomous-driving enterprises, which contributes to the promotion and application of robotaxi.
