摘要
目的了解我国健康人群外周血淋巴细胞微核率及其影响因素,为控制微核率、促进健康提供依据。方法2022年10月选取无职业性放射性物质和基因毒性物质接触史的成年人为研究对象。收集性别、年龄、文化程度、生活方式、饮食习惯、疾病史、用药史、职业史、工作压力等资料;采用胞质分裂阻断微核法检测外周血淋巴细胞微核率;相对数描述定性资料,Z检验比较两组间的微核率。采用Poisson回归模型分析其影响因素。结果共调查93人,男性30人,占32.26%。年龄≥40岁的24人,占25.81%,BMI≥24kg/m^(2)的21人,占22.58%。微核率平均值为8.51‰±6.00‰,95.92%的人微核率低于20.00‰。女性[回归系数(beta coefficient,β)=0.454,95%CI:0.257~0.650],年龄≥40岁(β=0.274,95%CI:0.117~0.431)、工作压力较大者(β=0.349,95%CI:0.200~0.499)微核率较高;本科及以上学历(β=-0.252,95%CI:-0.434~-0.071)和奶类食用次数>1次/周者(β=-0.172,95%CI:-0.320~-0.024)微核率较低。结论本研究人群中外周血淋巴细胞微核率降低,受年龄、性别、文化程度、奶类食用频率和工作压力等因素的影响。
Objective To understand the peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate and the influencing factors in healthy population in China,so as to provide a basis for controlling micronucleus rate and promoting health.Methods In October 2022,adults who never exposed to occupational radioactive and genotoxic substances were selected as study subjects.Basic information including gender,age,education,lifestyle,dietary habits,medical history and medication use,occupational history and work stress was collected.The peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate was measured by the cytokinesis-block micronucleus method.Qualitative data were described by relative numbers,and differences in micronucleus rate between groups were compared by using the Z-test.The Poisson regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing the micronucleus rate.Results A total of 93 people were surveyed,with 30 males,accounting for 32.26%,24 people(25.81%)were aged≥40 years old,and 21 people(22.58%)were BMI≥24kg/m^(2).The average micronucleus rate was 8.51‰±6.00‰,and 95.92%of the people had a micronucleus rate lower than 20.00‰.Higher micronucleus rate was found in females[beta coefficient(β)=0.454,95%CI:0.257 to 0.650],people aged≥40 years old(β=0.274,95%CI:0.117 to 0.431)and those with high work stress(β=0.349,95%CI:0.200 to 0.499).The micronucleus rate was lower in people with a bachelor′s degree or higher(β=-0.252,95%CI:-0.434 to-0.071)and those who consuming milk≥1 times/week(β=-0.172,95%CI:-0.320 to-0.024).Conclusion The mean micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in this study population is low,and age,gender,education,frequency of milk consumption and conscious work stress are influencing factors.
