摘要
减少高速公路碳排放对交通行业实现可持续发展至关重要。本文基于Tapio脱钩模型探究湖南省高速公路碳排放与经济增长的关系,并采用LMDI(对数平均迪氏指数)分析影响碳排放的因素。结果表明:第一,2000-2021年湖南省高速公路碳排放量呈上升趋势,平均脱钩指数为0.69,碳排放与经济发展整体属于弱脱钩关系。第二,分阶段来看,2000-2010年基本以弱脱钩关系为主,但脱钩稳定性不高,部分年份出现强脱钩、增长连接;从2018年起总体呈弱脱钩-增长连接-弱脱钩趋势。第三,碳排放强度、产业规模对高速公路碳排放脱钩起促进作用。最后为高速公路实现碳排放与经济发展脱钩提出建议。
Reducing highway carbon emissions is crucial for the transportation industry to achieve sustainable development.This paper explores the relationship between highway carbon emissions and economic growth in Hunan Province based on the Tapio decoupling model and analyzes the factors affecting carbon emissions using the LMDI(Log Mean Dee's Index).The results show that:(1)from 2000 to 2021,the carbon emissions from highways in Hunan Province showed an upward trend,with an average decoupling index of 0.69,and the overall relationship between carbon emissions and economic development is weakly decoupled.(2)In terms of phases,the weak decoupling relationship dominated from 2000 to 2010,but the stability of decoupling was not high,and strong decoupling and growth connection appeared in some years;from 2018,the overall trend was weak decoupling-growth connection-weak decoupling.(3)Carbon intensity,and industry size contribute to highway carbon decoupling.Finally,recommendations are made for highways to decouple carbon emissions from economic development.
